TO ALL OUR FAMILIES
We have been granted permission to close school to ALL children for the
Easter break on Friday 3rd April.
We will re-open on Monday 20th April for our keyworker children.
If you are a keyworker and do not have anyone at home that can look after your child whilst you are at work, please give Nursery a call and we can look at putting your child on our keyworker register.
For the majority of our families Nursery school will remain closed until the Government restrictions are lifted. We will continue to post learning activities on line as well as posting our teacher story and rhyme sessions to our
Facebook page, search Bradley Nursery School to like and follow.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
We will continue to do our very best for our children during these challenging times.
Take care and stay safe.

HAPPY UPDATE ABOUT OUR CHICKS
Boys and girls, mums and dads,
We have had some wonderful news, after 21 long days our lovely eggs have finally hatched and we have many lovey chicks.
The chicks have now been taken to Nicola’s house and are being looked after there. They are inside at the moment as they are too small to be outside in the cold. They are being kept warm under a warm plate that acts like a mummy chick and are quickly learning how to eat and drink…
We will post regular pictures of the chicks to keep you up to date….they will grow very quickly!
If you want to draw a picture of the chicks please do and ask your mummy or daddy to email it to your teachers at the usual address.
Bradley Nursery School
Building firm foundations for families futures, working together to educate children.
Welcome to Bradley Nursery School. We hope you find our website easy to use and enjoy finding out about our nursery school and the provision that we offer.
Bradley Nursery School is a well established and respected nursery school which lies at the heart of the community and has served the families of Nelson for over eighty years.
At Bradley Nursery School safe and stimulating, high quality provision is offered for all pupils aged from 2-4 years. Here they can follow their own interests and explore their own lines of enquiry, alongside caring and knowledgeable adults who support their learning. At Bradley we also recognise that you, the parents/carers are the child’s first educators and aim to work closely with families to give our children those firm foundations for learning and the best possible start to their education, building on those early experiences gained at home.
Please contact the office if you require any further information or paper copies of documents on our website.
We look forward to working with you in the future.

As per guidelines we respectfully ask all our families to follow preventative action and good hygiene practice.
We have been advised if anyone is displaying symptoms of a persistent cough or high temperature they self isolate for 14 days.
We will update the website with any further developments
Can all parents/carers dropping off or collecting children from nursery please ensure they park in an appropriate parking space, parents stopping in the middle of the road are not only compromising the safety of all our children, but also risk prosecution.
