Christmas Party Day

The children had their Christmas Party today.  They played party games, danced, had a delicious party picnic and all received a gift from Santa!

Experiencing Nature

The children have experienced 'fire' in nature.  Kirsty and Farzana made a fire in the fire pit.  They then boiled water in 'Kelly Kettle'

The children knew they had to stay safe and were amazed by the process.  Then came the best part...

delicious hot chocolate on a cold winter day!

A visit from 'Lancashire Hawks and Owls'

This half term the children were learning about owls, the core story was 'Owl Babies'

We had a visit from Lancashire Hawks and Owls. 

It was truly wonderful for the children to see a range of birds up close.
